Category Imaging - Multi Modality Tech Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic imaging leadership role at a busy teaching hospital renowned for its Level I Trauma and Pediatric Trauma services. This contract opportunity offers the chance to supervise and work alongside a robust radiology team within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, serving both adults and pediatric populations. Schedule & Hours 12-hour day shifts, 6:30am - 7:00pm 36 hours per week Weekend position: all weekends required No on-call or call-back responsibilities Holiday shifts only if coinciding with your normal work schedule Key Qualifications ARRT-R registered with active certification BLS certification required Minimum 2 years acute care experience, with trauma facility background (Level I experience strongly preferred) At least 1 year of radiology leadership (Lead Tech, Supervisor, Manager, or Director) Proficiency with general X-ray, OR imaging (including C-arm; O-arm experience preferred), and
EPIC EMR
Capable and comfortable handling trauma, high acuity, and pediatric/neonatal imaging cases Strong interpersonal skills; adaptable, decisive, and team-oriented under pressure Prior experience with staff scheduling, real-time adjustments, coaching, and onboarding Role Responsibilities Oversee daily imaging operations across various radiology suites and portables within the facility Perform hands-on imaging procedures and support high-volume workflows Develop and manage weekly schedules, coordinate with other supervisors, and address departmental needs as they arise Maintain clear, efficient communication with clinical staff, precept students as needed, and assist with physician collaboration Ensure quality imaging services and promote a positive, supportive team culture Benefits & Perks Orientation and training tailored to your experience Free parking for staff across multiple decks Use of hospital-issued shift supervisor phone and uniforms as required Advance your supervisory experience among a skilled radiology team in a top-tier clinical setting.
