Locums About the Facility This facility operates as part of a health system and provides specialized hematology and oncology services within an on-site outpatient clinic setting. The clinic is an established practice featuring a 14-chair infusion center to support coordinated oncologic care delivery. Clinical operations are structured to facilitate quality hematologic and oncologic care throughout the covered assignment period. About the Facility Location Top sights in Eastern North Carolina to see include the Biltmore, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and the North Carolina Zoo! About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide on-site hematology and oncology clinic coverage in North Carolina, Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, managing 15-20 patients per day with no call obligations required. The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of hematologic and oncologic conditions within an established outpatient clinic setting that includes a 14-chair infusion center. Required procedures include supervision of the administration of chemotherapy treatments, and clinicians are expected to respond to codes within the outpatient clinic setting. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the
EPIC EMR
system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
