Position Highlights Practice autonomously at our 8-bed hospital just 15 minutes outside of Fayetteville. Consistently high patient satisfaction and employee engagement scores. Stable in-house Hospitalist program has been in place for 20+ years - strong core group, excellent retention, collegial environment. Dedicated Nocturnists on staff via telemedicine. Hospitalist service also includes Intensivists, Neuro, Peds, and Geriatrics at our flagship hospital in Pinehurst, NC. Supportive administration, collegial relationships with Primary Care and specialists, and easy access to sub-specialists. Efficient patient transfer process throughout the system. 7 shifts per month ( 90 shifts/year). Physician-led, financially stable group of hospital employed providers.
