Our client in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 30-day assignment, commencing Sep 28, 2026. This role involves a Monday through Wednesday, 8a-5p schedule, focusing on comprehensive patient evaluations, meticulous medicine management, and thorough charting. The practitioner will manage a diverse caseload, including short-term surgical follow-ups, general check-ups, new patient intakes, and ongoing care for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, alongside acute sick visits. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct patient evaluations Manage patient medication regimens Maintain accurate and timely patient charts Provide short-term care, including surgical follow-ups and general check-ups Deliver long-term care, including patient evaluations and new patient intakes Manage patients with diabetes Manage patients with hypertension Handle acute sick visits
