Job Description

Description This full-time, on-site position focuses on Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Primary Care, offering the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered healthcare in a dynamic clinical environment. As a physician with 77 Consultants, you will deliver comprehensive medical care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and build lasting relationships with patients across the community. Working alongside a dedicated healthcare team, you will play an integral role in improving patient outcomes and supporting the overall mission of the practice. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services in family medicine, internal medicine, and primary care settings. Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions. Develop implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and patient needs. Order interpret diagnostic tests and procedures to guide treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and practice protocols. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle management. Coordinate patient care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records. Provide continuity of care through follow-up visits and ongoing patient management. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical effectiveness. Adhere to professional medical standards, ethical guidelines, and practice policies. Requirements Medical Doctor (MD) or Osteopathic Doctor(DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care. Associate-level clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine. Valid medical licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state. Strong knowledge of diagnostic protocols, treatment guidelines, and preventive care standards. Excellent clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities. Ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery. Ability to work full-time and on-site in Statesville. Proficiency with electronic health records(EHR) systems. Commitment to continuous medical education and professional development.

8a-5p, 4-day workweek 1:15 beeper call rotation
