• Rocky Mount, located in Nash County, is a full-service family practice, treating both children and adults. Our care team provides compassionate and personalized care. We offer same-day appointments and online scheduling.
• We will entertain BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Med/Peds providers.
• Services Preventive health care Sick care Well-child checks Adolescent health Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma Screening tests Nutrition counseling Immunizations and medication management
