We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment in North Dakota. This role involves providing solo primary care and managing walk-in appointments at a rural satellite clinic, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and no late nights or weekends. The client seeks a dedicated professional to manage a diverse patient load. Responsibilities and Duties Manage scheduled primary care appointments, typically every 30 minutes. Handle walk-in appointments for acute care needs. Provide care for patients with chronic diseases including hypertension, diabetes, and COPD. Perform preventative exams, including well-woman exams. Transfer out emergencies while treating what is manageable within clinic resources. Utilize Cleo Wave for lab orders, with results typically available the next day.
