Join a collaborative team of two experienced pulmonary physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a well-established practice Work in a comprehensive endoscopy suite equipped with advanced tools for Bronchoscopy, EBUS, bronchial thermoplasty, endobronchial valve therapy, and more Access to the latest Ion by Intuitive Robotic Bronchoscopy technology Participate in a multidisciplinary tumor board to enhance patient care and outcomes Engage in both outpatient and inpatient pulmonary consultations Outreach opportunities available to Detroit Lakes, MD, Jamestown, ND, and Wahpeton, ND Benefit from a full-service PFT lab and a robust pulmonary rehab program Manageable patient load of 12-18 clinic patients per day with dedicated time for hospital consults Prorated call schedule aligned with your FTE, with weekday call hours from 8 am to 5 pm Comprehensive employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) plan with employer contributions to support future financial planning Professional development support through training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs Flexible scheduling, generous time off, and wellness resources availableCompensation:
