$300,000 Salary $80,000 Sign On Bonus Productivity Incentive based on daily patient visits $80,000 per year in call pay, approximately $15,000 Relocation assistance Residency stipend of $2,500/month 401k Match up to 8% 5 weeks of PTO Student Loan Repayment available through SLRP and other government programs
