Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide urology call coverage at a Level II Trauma center and hospital Get patient handoff from on-site urologists as appropriate Support the emergency department with urology-related consultations Participate in call shifts, including callback responsibilities Manage general urology procedures as needed Collaborate with surgery nurses and technicians on call Ensure documentation and EMR updates in EPIC What You Need Active MD or DO license in Nebraska DEA certification Valid Nebraska state medical license with recent case logs from past 2 years Willingness and ability to learn and work inEPIC EMR
system Prior urology call coverage experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This assignment involves providing urology call coverage at a reputable hospital in Kearney, NE. The facility is a Level II Trauma center supporting emergency and surgical services, with dedicated nursing and tech staff. The schedule includes 24-hour call shifts, with a focus on general urology procedures and emergency consults. Applicants must be comfortable working independently and collaborating with hospital staff to deliver excellent patient care.
