## Obstetrics & Gynecology Opportunity in NE You'll step into an established OB/GYN service with steady demand and room to shape the program as the team grows. This is an Obstetrics & Gynecology position designed to balance a strong OB practice with meaningful GYN surgical volume. Practice Overview You'll join an employed women's health team of OB/GYNs plus APP support in a close-knit community setting Balanced scope with approximately 75% OB / 25% GYN and established surgical volume Robotic access available (da Vinci platform); robotic certification welcomed but not required Strong backup: 24/7 anesthesia coverage for
OB, 24/7
pediatric coverage for deliveries, Level II special care nursery, and telehealth MFM consults Schedule 4-day work week with 1 dedicated day off Typical split: 3 clinic days + 1 OR day Home call with drive-in for deliveries/emergencies; goal is to support a sustainable call structure as the team expands Weekend coverage generally about 1 weekend per month, with additional call compensation beyond included call days Compensation & Benefits Base salary guarantee starting up $500,000 wRVU model: $56.00 per wRVU with bonus potential after the guarantee threshold is met Sign-on bonus: $50,000 plus relocation allowance of $10,000 Benefits include paid malpractice, 5 weeks PTO (26 days including holidays), CME $5,500 + 5 days, and standard health/retirement options (including 401k) Candidate Requirements MD/DO; Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Open to new grads and experienced physicians Comfort with full-scope OB/GYN, including common procedures (hysterectomy, laparoscopy, colposcopy, LEEP, endometrial ablation, pelvic floor reconstruction) Preference for candidates who do not require visa sponsorship Community & Location Highlights Small-city feel with an easy daily commute and a strong sense of community Access to regional amenities while enjoying a more relaxed pace of life Family-friendly environment with local schools, parks, and outdoor recreation nearby Cost of living typically lower than major metro areas, with options for space and home ownership Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals.
