Full-time, permanent position with clinic hours Monday-Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. Each provider has a set schedule with one day off per week. Call is 1:3, all from home, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
