About the
Role:
The Interim Diagnostic Radiology Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the radiology department to ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This position is responsible for managing staff, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Ultimately, the supervisor ensures that diagnostic imaging services are performed accurately, timely, and with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent.

Graduate of an accredited Radiography programMedical Radiographer license in the state of
NebraskaAmerican Heart Association BLS Certification Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of radiologic technologists and support staff to ensure efficient department operations.

Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safety protocols and quality assurance standards.

Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services.

Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to optimize patient throughput and minimize wait times.

Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for staff to promote professional development and high-quality care.

Address and resolve operational issues, patient concerns, and staff conflicts promptly and effectively.

Assist in the implementation of new technologies, policies, and procedures to improve departmental performance.

A conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks. A Physical Capacity Profile may be required for some positions.
