Job Description
York General Hospital, a nationally recognized, award-winning health system, is seeking a Family Medicine-Obstetrics physician to join a collaborative team of 6 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers. Build the rural medicine practice you want, with full-spectrum care, OB with C-sections, exceptional support, and the flexibility to shape your career around your strengths and interests.
Position Highlights:
- Design your ideal practice scope around your training, interests, and long-term goals
- Practice true full-spectrum medicine across inpatient, outpatient, and nursing home settings
- Choose whether to incorporate OB and/or ER shifts - the flexibility is yours
- Step into immediate patient demand while maintaining a true 4.5-day workweek
- Enjoy a 1:1 physician-to-NP ratio for meaningful support and team-based care
Compensation & Benefits:
- $325K guaranteed base plus wRVU incentives with significant earning upside
- $100K recruitment package
