    Schedule:
    4 shifts per week
      Hours:
      32 hours of patient care per week
        Setting:
        Outpatient
          Patient Population:
          Adults Responsibilities:
          • Managing a patient panel with a range of patient needs
          • Conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
          • Treating patients in-office and via telehealth
          • Collaborating with clinical teams
          • Supervising NP or PA colleagues

          Qualifications:
          • Enrolled in or completed an Internal or Family Medicine residency
          • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
          • Board Certified or Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
          • License to practice medicine in the State of New Hampshire
          • High proficiency in evidence-based primary care
          • Effective technology use in healthcare delivery
          • Strong communication skills
          Desired Qualifications:
          • Completed Residency in the relevant field
          • Board certification
          • Experience in Primary Care setting
