Three Wire delivers practice, preventative, and integrated care coordination to private and public sector employers. This care coordination, in turn, supports clinical tele-behavioral health, holistic wellness, navigational advocacy and family stability, and thus helps individuals thrive in their career and family life We are seeking a Neurologist or Neurosurgeon to complete Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) evaluations for U.S. Veterans in 35 states. Providers perform one-time disability examinations, review medical records, and complete structured electronic reports that assist the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in determining disability benefits. There is no treatment, prescribing, or follow-up care required. Responsibilities Perform one-time Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) disability evaluations for Veterans Review medical records and claim-related documentation prior to each examination Complete comprehensive neurological assessments following VA guidelines Document findings using a secure web-based examination platform Submit completed examination reports within required turnaround times Qualifications Qualified candidates must possess: MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license in the state of the evaluation Board Certification in Neurology, Neurological Surgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatry), or Psychiatry Previous Compensation & Pension (C&P) or VA examination experience is preferred but not required.
