Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages (or adults) in Groveton, NH, a welcoming and close-knit rural community. This role offers the opportunity to practice autonomously, build long-term patient relationships, and enjoy an excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
Competitive base compensation with potential wRVU productivity and quality bonuses ($250,000 - $300,000 USD) Commencement and retention bonuses Relocation assistance No weekend or holiday shifts 5 weeks vacation and 5 days sick time 1 week CME time plus $4,000 CME funds Attractive benefits package including retirement plans Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Daily patient load: 16-22 patients per day Clinical schedule: 36 patient hours with 4 hours of administrative time May participate in daytime call rotation (no after-hours call)

Requirements:
Board certified (or eligible) in Family or Internal Medicine, per Medical Staff Bylaws. ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association required. Successful completion of an approved residency through ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Ability and comfort managing an independent patient panel with autonomous practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
