Key Responsibilities of a Hospitalist Manage and coordinate patient care with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital regulations. Communicate and collaborate with patients and their families to provide education and support regarding healthcare decisions. Qualifications for a Successful Hospitalist Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program in AZ 1+ years of experience in Cerner or Cerner CareNet or Cerner Millenium Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. State medical license in good standing or the ability to obtain licensure. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
Schedule and Shift Details Shift Information:
12-hour day shifts, 6a-6p or 7a-7p;
