Job Description

Join a hospitalist OB/GYN team providing expert, inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care to improve patient safety and satisfaction. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining a strong work/life balance and clinical autonomy. Locations Belleville, NJ (also opportunities in Denville, NJ)
Compensation & Schedule Salary:
$300,000-$340,000 per year plus full benefits Full-time hospitalist position; build your own schedule Typical schedule: 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off monthly) No on-call responsibilities or office management Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care Manage labor and delivery and obstetric emergencies Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing, and hospital teams Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain one Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and inpatient OB/GYN care Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement Benefits Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, Rx) CME allowance and support for professional development 401(k) with employer match Medical malpractice coverage with unlimited tail Flexible scheduling and potential bonuses Leadership development and advancement opportunities Physician referral awards Confidential peer-to-peer counseling and national OB hospitalist network support To apply or request more information, provide contact details or next steps.
