About the Opportunity We are an established, high-volume private plastic surgery practice and medical spa in Chester, NJ, seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our team. This is a turn-key opportunity to take over the established patient base of a senior board-certified plastic surgeon retiring after 30+ successful years in practice. While there is immediate demand for cosmetic breast and body procedures, the incoming surgeon has complete flexibility to incorporate other cosmetic or reconstructive procedures based on personal interest. We are not corporate medicine. We offer autonomy over your schedule, clinical choices, team selection, and scope of practice while providing robust operational and administrative support.
