Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:

$195 per hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide inpatient labor and delivery care in a hospital setting Manage labor floor activities, including inductions and cesarean sections Respond to gynecological emergencies presenting through the Emergency Department Provide inpatient gynecological consultations Document patient care using Cerner/Oracle EMR system Support hospital-level women's health services until a permanent provider is recruited Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need Required:

Medical license in New Jersey Experience managing labor and delivery patients Skills in labor management, inductions, cesarean procedures, and gynecological emergency care

Preferred:

Prior hospital-based OB/GYN experience Ability to independently manage inpatient obstetrical cases About the Assignment This locum opportunity offers an ideal working environment for an OB/GYN physician seeking a hospital-based, laborist-style role focused on inpatient care. The facility is a Level III Trauma Center, specializing exclusively in labor and delivery services, with an average daily census of 1 to 9 laboring patients. You will perform cesarean sections, oversee inductions, and handle gynecological emergencies, providing vital support during a staffing transition period.
