The successful candidate will have completed a residency in Neurology and a UCNS accredited fellowship in Behavioral Neurology & Neuropsychiatry. Role at the Dementia Center and faculty rank at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine are commensurate with experience. The clinical focus is on patients at risk for dementia, mild cognitive impairment, and dementia. We are a site in the

CMS GUIDE

program, an alternate payment model to provide comprehensive dementia care to patients and caregivers living in the community and help improve outcomes like ED visits, hospitalizations and long term placement. This position will be jointly recruited by Florian P. Thomas, MD, PhD, Professor & Chair of the Neuroscience Institute & Department of Neurology at HUMC & the School of Medicine, & Manisha Parulekar, MD, Director, Division of Geriatrics at HUMC & Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the School.
