About Us:
We are a well-established, independent primary care practice with three locations across Northern New Jersey, providing care since 1989. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. As a small private practice, we offer a collaborative and flexible workplace for individuals invested in primary care practice for a diverse population.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and a genuine passion for patient care. You will work alongside our physicians and clinical team to provide comprehensive medical services to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions Develop and implement treatment plans Provide preventative care and patient education Collaborate with other providers and staff to ensure continuity of care Document patient encounters in the EMR system accurately and timely
Qualifications:
Active PA license or ability to obtain by start date. 1-2 years of experience helpful (but not required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus (but not required)
