Job Description
1 Hour From Philadelphia + NYC
- Lead an established outpatient Family Medicine practice with responsibility for clinical quality and care delivery.
- Provide medical oversight and leadership for physicians, APPs, and clinical/office staff.
- Oversee medical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with practice and health system leadership on clinical and operational priorities.
- Full-time role with a variable schedule, including weekends; $324K-$386K annual base salary range.
- MD/DO with NJ license and BC/BE in Family Medicine required; prior leadership experience preferred.
