Job Description

Madison Medical Sports & Wellness Vascular Surgeon — Vein Center & Vascular Procedures About Us Madison Medical Sports & Wellness is a physician-led, AI-forward multidisciplinary practice delivering premium out-of-network care across 15+ specialty service lines — sports medicine, regenerative therapies, IV infusion, hormone optimization, allergy treatment, and our Athletic Recovery Center. We're scaling aggressively, building out our MSO (Management Services Organization) structure, and investing in the physicians who will own that growth alongside us. About the Role Madison Medical is seeking a board-certified Vascular Surgeon to lead and grow our vein and vascular procedures line within our expanding, physician-led multidisciplinary platform. You'll diagnose and treat venous insufficiency, varicose and spider veins, and peripheral vascular disease using state-of-the-art, minimally invasive techniques — while collaborating with our sports medicine, regenerative therapy, and wellness teams to deliver integrated patient care. This is an ownership-track opportunity. As we build out our MSO structure, equity participation is available to physician partners ready to grow with Madison Medical rather than simply work for it. Our Facility Madison Medical operates under an active, state-licensed ambulatory care facility license, with a fully equipped, on-site fluoroscopy suite. That means X-ray and diagnostic imaging, workup, and fluoroscopy-guided procedures and injections can all happen the same day, in-house — no sending patients elsewhere to get imaged, diagnosed, or treated. What You'll Own Venous & vascular clinical care — Evaluate and treat venous insufficiency using duplex ultrasound, endovenous laser ablation (EVLA) and radiofrequency ablation (RFA), sclerotherapy, and ambulatory phlebectomy, along with broader vascular procedures as scope and credentialing allow. Onsite imaging & imageguided procedures — Order and review sameday Xray and diagnostic imaging and perform fluoroscopyguided injections and procedures in our onsite suite, so patients are diagnosed and treated in a single visit. Service line growth — Help shape and grow the vein and vascular program as a core pillar of Madison's multidisciplinary model, from protocols to patient volume. Premium patient experience — Deliver conciergelevel clinical care consistent with Madison's outofnetwork model. Crossspecialty collaboration — Partner with our sports medicine, regenerative therapy, and Athletic Recovery Center teams on integrated treatment pathways. Leadership & mentorship — As we scale to multiple sites, help build clinical protocols and potentially lead future vascular hires. Required Credentials MD required — must hold an MD degree; DO candidates will not be considered for this role Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain one) Board certified in Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS) — required, no exceptions RPVI (Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation) credential strongly preferred Fellowship training in Vascular Surgery from an ACGMEaccredited program Current, unrestricted DEA registration Clean malpractice, licensure, and disciplinary history Compensation & Partnership Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and case volume Quarterly performance bonuses tied to production and practice growth Equity / shares available as part of Madison Medical's MSO (Management Services Organization) buildout — a genuine ownership opportunity for physicians who want to grow with the practice, not just work for it Access to Madison's premium, outofnetwork, multidisciplinary patient base and referral network Stateoftheart equipment, dedicated support staff, and fulltime business development support A path to clinical leadership as we expand to multiple site
