Job Description

Interventional PM&R Physician — Private Practice Earning Potential Without the Private Practice Burden $300,000+ Base | Significant Earning Potential | Established Referral Network | ASC Access Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine is selectively seeking a PM&R physician with an interest in interventional pain management to join our established multidisciplinary practice in New Jersey. For 25 years, Northeast has built a strong clinical presence throughout the region. Our model provides physicians with clinical autonomy, significant earning potential, and an established infrastructure—without many of the administrative and business development responsibilities associated with operating a private practice. Focus on Practicing Medicine Our physicians are supported by dedicated clinical staff, experienced authorization and insurance teams, established referral relationships, and a comprehensive administrative infrastructure. There are no routine marketing expectations and limited administrative responsibilities outside of clinical practice. The result is a straightforward model: focus on patients, perform procedures, and allow an established organization to support the business surrounding your practice. Interventional Practice & ASC Access Our physicians perform a broad range of interventional procedures, including epidural and transforaminal injections, facet interventions, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, SI joint procedures, joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, and other appropriate interventions. Northeast operates an ambulatory surgery center , providing dedicated access for interventional procedures. We also welcome physicians whose experience and interests may contribute to the continued development of our procedural capabilities. Physicians maintain meaningful clinical autonomy over patient care and treatment decisions. Significant Earning Potential Northeast offers a $300,000+ base salary , commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for substantial additional compensation based on individual productivity and organizational criteria. Our established model has demonstrated the ability to provide exceptional earning potential for physicians who develop highly productive practices , without requiring an unsustainable approach to daily patient volume. For select physicians, long-term partnership or ownership opportunities may also be considered. Multidisciplinary Care & Established Referrals Our physicians work collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals across multiple Northeast locations. This structure provides access to an established referral network while allowing patients to move appropriately between conservative rehabilitation, medical management, and interventional care. We value physicians who respect the expertise of other disciplines and recognize that strong collaboration benefits both patient outcomes and long-term practice development . The Opportunity The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible PM&R physician who enjoys interventional medicine, values clinical autonomy, and appreciates an environment where productivity is rewarded without requiring the physician to operate the business surrounding it.
