Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans. Manage psychiatric medications and provide psychotherapy as needed. Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain safe prescribing practices. Participate in quality assurance, coverage of on-call duties, and contribute to a supportive treatment environment. Minimum qualifications include board certification, state licensure, and experience in addiction psychiatry or substance use disorder treatment.
