Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist Opportunity to build a comprehensive urology practice within a community hospital Mix of inpatient and outpatient clinical care Established referral network with strong primary care support Collaborative medical staff and supportive administrative leadership Opportunity to grow and expand urology services

Clinical Details:

Diagnose and manage conditions including BPH, nephrolithiasis, urinary tract disorders, urologic malignancies, and male reproductive health conditions Perform urologic procedures and surgeries consistent with training and privileges Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient follow-up care Participate in shared call coverage Collaborate with primary care, hospitalists, emergency medicine, oncology, and other specialties Maintain documentation within electronic medical record systems Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
