Prior neonatal or pediatric intensive care experience preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive pay packages; hourly pay rate: $1.00 Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement support when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Additional benefits include life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), and more What You'll Do Provide specialized neonatal care at a busy Level 3 NICU with an average daily census of 17 patients Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually, ensuring high-quality outcomes Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists to deliver complex neonatal services Engage in teaching opportunities, mentoring students, residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residents Support a multidisciplinary approach to neonatal care, working closely with obstetric and pediatric teams Embrace the community environment and lifestyle advantages of Pennington, NJ What You Need Valid medical license in the state of New Jersey Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology At least 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment About the Assignment Join a collaborative and professional team dedicated to providing exemplary neonatal care in a supportive environment.
