Do:

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families across all ages, managing both acute and chronic conditions Perform routine wellness exams, preventive screenings, and coordinate specialty referrals to ensure holistic care Build long-term relationships with patients, becoming a trusted partner in their health journey Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team in a setting that values continuity, quality outcomes, and work-life balance

Requirements:
