MAJOR FUNCTION
The PA will provide comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role is ideal for a practitioner dedicated to patient-centered care, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. 2+ years experience in primary care preferred Strong knowledge of primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare teamCertification/ Licensure:
Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Active and unrestricted PA license inNJ DEA & NJ
Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license BLS required.Physical Requirements:
