Job Description

DreamCatchers Consulting LLC is seeking qualified Family Practice Physicians to support a new Indian Health Service (IHS) healthcare requirement at the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, New Mexico . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician interested in providing primary care within a rural healthcare environment serving the Navajo community.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Hours:
Approximately 40-50 hours/week , as needed
Contract Period:
October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027
Option Period:
October 1, 2027 - September 30, 2028
Work Arrangement:
100% onsite Clinical Responsibilities The selected physician will provide Family Practice services supporting the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility Medical Staff Department, including: Adult primary care Same-day and follow-up appointments Primary and urgent care services Patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment Continuity of care and care coordination Referrals and follow-up Potential support for low-acuity inpatient care when required EHR documentation and timely completion of medical records Coordination with other clinical services and healthcare providers The Government identifies the requirement as a non-personal healthcare services contract , with the contractor retaining responsibility for the professional aspects of medical services. Minimum Qualifications Qualified candidates should have: Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or comparable setting Current, full and unrestricted U.S. medical license Current DEA registration, as applicable Current BLS and
ACLS PALS
, where applicable to requested pediatric privileges Ability to satisfy
IHS/NAIHS
credentialing and privileging requirements Ability to complete required background investigation, onboarding and facility requirements
Pay:
$50.00 - $110.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
