Requirements:
- Active New Mexico Medical License (required at the time of submission)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 5 years of residency)
- Active DEA
- Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications
- Current CV required for credentialing
Credentialing:
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: days
- Providers must be committed to completing the privileging application within one week of receipt to avoid delays.
