Compensation:

Guaranteed base salary (up to $400,000 / year after bonuses Productivity incentives Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Full Benefits including health, dental, vision CME Allowance 401k match (up to 3% employer contribution) Job/Practice Description Monday - Thursday and ½ day Friday Support patients with consults, diagnose, and provide comprehensive medical treatment plans for patients with hormonal imbalances, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, metabolic syndrome. Counsel patients on endocrinology disorders and their background. Test and interpret results of imaging studies. Prescribe and/or administer treatment and medication. Monitor the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication. Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals. Referral base from primary care, specialists, and community hospitals. NexGen EMR.

Requirements:
