This is an outstanding opportunity to build a busy, full-spectrum OB/GYN practice while working alongside experienced physicians in a collegial, physician-led environment. Compensation Base salary of $286,000 Quarterly production bonus Benefits Four (4) weeks of paid time off $3,000 annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance Carson Medical Group pays 80% of employee health insurance premiums Paid professional liability insurance Payment of all required Nevada medical licensure, DEA registration, credentialing fees, and professional dues, including ACOG membership Relocation reimbursement of up to $3,000 Practice Highlights Join nine established OB/GYN physician partners in a thriving, physician-owned practice Deliver exclusively at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center Approximately 1,000 deliveries annually by the OB/GYN group Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with access to robotic surgery Shared hospital call of approximately 1:8 Established referral network and strong community reputation Excellent clinical and administrative support that allows physicians to focus on patient care Partnership Opportunity Physicians are eligible for partnership consideration after approximately 1.5 to 2.5 years of employment, based on the practice's annual January partnership admission cycle. Physician partners earn an average annual compensation of approximately $460,000, with an additional 401(k) annual contribution averaging $35,000, providing a highly competitive long-term compensation and retirement package.
