Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting, serving patients of all ages. The role involves documentation in EMR, participation in quality initiatives, supervising clinical staff, and adhering to regulatory standards. Qualifications include MD or DO, residency completion, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. Required licenses, certifications, and preferred experience in underserved communities and EMR systems. Skills needed are strong clinical judgment, communication, cultural competence, and organizational abilities. Work is primarily in a clinical setting, with physical demands and occasional travel. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 annually, with benefits including insurance, CME, loan repayment, and paid time off.
