Aesthetic Medicine / Medical Aesthetics Fabysmiles is hiring an experienced and motivated Medical Director for an established aesthetic practice in Astoria, New York. We are seeking a physician who combines strong clinical expertise with an interest in patient relationships, aesthetics, and practice growth. The ideal candidate is confident performing aesthetic consultations and treatments and is comfortable serving as a clinical leader within a growing practice. Responsibilities Serve as Medical Director and provide appropriate clinical oversight Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations Perform injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Evaluate and develop treatment plans for new patients Provide safe, high quality, patient centered aesthetic care Oversee appropriate clinical protocols and standards Build and maintain relationships with new patients Collaborate with the existing clinical and administrative team Participate in practice growth and patient acquisition initiatives Comfortable representing the practice through social media, educational content, and marketing initiatives Qualifications MD or DO with an active New York State medical license Prior hands on experience in aesthetic medicine strongly preferred Experience with Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments Experience with biostimulators, lasers, regenerative aesthetics, or aesthetic devices is a plus Strong consultation and patient communication skills Professional, polished, personable, and growth oriented Comfortable working independently while collaborating with an established team Spanish speaking is ideal but not required Interest in developing a long term role with the practice Schedule Full time position with Monday through Saturday availability. Scheduling may offer flexibility based on patient appointments and practice needs.
