Job Description
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in the Auburn, New York area. This is a mission-driven, federally qualified health center offering a collaborative, team-based environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care and work-life balance. This is a 100% outpatient role with a flexible schedule, allowing for a traditional Monday-Friday schedule, four 10-hour shifts, or three 10-hour shifts while still qualifying for full-time benefits. Providers will see a mix of adult patients (typically ages 16+) and manage a variety of primary care needs including chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute visits. The practice is supported by experienced clinical staff and an integrated care model that includes behavioral health, dental, and care coordination services. Physicians are expected to practice independently while also serving as a resource to advanced practice providers in a collaborative setting. There is a shared on-call rotation, typically one week at a time, with low call volume supported by an answering service.
