Job Description
Family Medicine Physician (FP) Baldwin, Michigan We're hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Baldwin, Michigan who wants loan forgiveness, work-life balance, and the opportunity to serve a close-knit rural community. You'll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on managing total patient care, chronic disease treatment, preventive services, and coordinated referrals. There are no hospital rotations, minimal call responsibilities, and strong interdisciplinary support. This is a mission-driven environment where your work directly impacts community health. - Four- or five-day work week
- No weekend requirements
- Minimal on-call responsibilities
- Up to eight hours of weekly administrative time
- Strong interdisciplinary support including mid-levels, RN case manager, behavioral health, and pharmacist
