Notable destinations include the Erie Canal Museum, the Rosamond Gifford Zoo, and the Everson Museum of Art. An 8-mile linear greenway along Onondaga Lake features walking trails, a skatepark, and waterfront amenities, and a 17,500-seat outdoor amphitheater is also available. Nearby destinations such as Cooperstown, the Finger Lakes, and the Thousand Islands expand the region's appeal for history, nature, and outdoor recreation during time away from clinical duties. About the Clinician's Workday This locum tenens assignment requires a urologist to provide full scope urological coverage across inpatient, clinic, and operating room settings on a day shift schedule with 24-hour call responsibilities at an on-site facility. Clinicians will manage 30-40 patients per day in the clinic setting, perform rounding, and cover surgical cases in the OR. APPs are available and take first call; the urologist will manage cases escalated beyond APP scope. Board certification or board eligibility in Urology is required for consideration, and an active NY license or IMLC must be held; the estimated credentialing timeframe is 5-6 weeks.
