Schedule:

10 Hours Per Week, one Tuesdays and Thursdays, Flexible Timeframe.

Practice Setting:

Outpatient Community Psychiatry, Assertive Community Treatment Program (ACT)

Scope:

Adults with severe and persistent mental illness and whose needs have not been well met by traditional service delivery approaches.
