Why This Opportunity Stands Out Be Part of a Neuroscience Institute Join an integrated team of over a dozen full- and part-time experts in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, Neurosurgery and Pain Medicine. You'll collaborate with subspecialists across the health system-sharing patients, consults, and a unified mission. Diverse and Meaningful Practice Treat a wide range of pain conditions with interventional and non-interventional techniques including: Epidurals & steroid injections Advanced Pain Procedures & Implants Cancer pain (ideal but not required) Inpatient pain consults Opportunities in neuromodulation and ultrasound-guided procedures Designed for Career Sustainability With a full-time schedule , satellite flexibility, and a shared-call model under development (with resident support projected), you can focus on delivering care without burning out. MD PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Moderate - Clinical - Moderate clinical roles are patient facing roles that require continual movement, including standing, walking, and lifting 20-50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling medical equipment and assisting with patient positioning. Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments. High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns. Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements.

PAY RANGE
$500,000.00 - $550,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
