OB/GYN - FQHC

A Long Island-based health services network is seeking a full-scope OB/GYN to join its team in Suffolk County. This role is part of a collaborative care team focused on transforming women's health outcomes. 

Responsibilities:

Delivering comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services Performing outpatient clinical sessions and surgical procedures Participating in on-call coverage and hospital rounds Supervising and collaborating with advanced practice providers Coordinating patient referrals and follow-up care Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Doctorate Degree (MD, DO) Active/Valid license as a MD or DO in New York State Board certification DEA registration Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations Experience in Community Health settings Ability to maintain accurate documentation Strong collaborative skills Effective communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in OB/GYN practice Additional certifications related to Women's Health Bilingual (English and Spanish) Experience with Quality Improvement initiatives
