Coordines with facility and community resources to provide comprehensive work-reled care to employees. Notify management of exam results and recommend approprie work restrictions/accommodions. Interpret ancillary test results for evidence of possible occupional disease or confounding personal health conditions. Diagnoses and appropriely consults for follow-up evaluions for conditions discovered during the occupional medical examinions. Evalues and tres on-the-job illnesses and injuries and stabilizes and transfers those suffering from urgent or potentially life-threening illnesses and injuries. Assists in self-care transfer activities. Conducts periodic worksite s. Develops and oversees medical surveillance and medical qualificion programs. Serves as member of the professional medical staff and provides advisory and consultive services on various meetings, committees, conferences, and boards. This position has specific initial background investigion and periodic re-verificion requirements since its duties require interaction with children and youth under the age of eighteen (18) years of age on a recurring basis. This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examinion and an annual examinion thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position. Lifting up to 49 pounds may be required. All applicants tentively selected for this position required to submit a urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment. This position has mandory seasonal influenza vaccinion requirements and is subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinions unless otherwise exempted for medical or religious reasons (documention of exemption must be provided upon hire). Immunizion screening is required. Hepitis B immunizion is required for all positions with direct pient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizions depending on the type of position. Applicants must be able to fulfill credentialing requirements and obtain and maintain approprie/relevant clinical privileges. This position requires a current, active, full and unrestricted license or registrion as a Physician from a Ste, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United Stes. This position requires th you obtain and maintain a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificion from, or in accordance with, the American Heart Associion and American Red Cross. Advanced certificion (e.g., ALS) does not supersede BLS.

Degree:
Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteophic Medicine, or equivalent from a school in the United Stes or Canada. This degree must have been accredited by the Council on Medical Educion of the American Medical Associion; Associion of American Medical Colleges; Liaison Committee on Medical Educion; Commission on Osteophic College Accredition of the American Osteophic Associion, or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Educion the time the degree was obtained. A Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school must have provided educion and medical knowledge equivalent to accredited schools in the United Stes. Evidence of equivalency to accredited schools in the United Stes is demonstred by permanent certificion by the Educional Commission for Foreign Medical Gradues, a fifth phway certifice for Americans who completed premedical educion in the United Stes and gradue educion in a foreign country, or successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examinion.
Licensure:
Applicants must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registrion as a Physician from a Ste, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the
United Stes Gradue Training:
Subsequent to obtaining a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteophic Medicine degree, a candide must have had least one year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting, i.e., a one-year internship or the first year of a residency program in a hospital or an institution accredited for such training. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualificion requirements listed below:
Residency Training:
Applicants must have successfully completed the required accredited residency training in the specialty of the position to be filled (preventive or occupional medicine) and equivalent experience and training equal to least 4 years. Experience may not be substituted for residency training th is required for the specialty identified. If you are selected for a Physician position : A salary quote will not be provided to you the time of the initial job offer. The salary determinion process begins after the initial job offer is accepted. This consists of the Activity Compension Panel adding base pay and market pay to determine your starting salary and this provided to you once approved. Salary for physician positions is based on a tier scale, determined by the position specialty, grade and locion. This position is a Tier 1, Table 1 position with a salary range of $124,308 - $315,000 per year. Educion
