Family Medicine Physician MD/DO Ellis Medicine - Ellis Primary Care | Glenville, New York Ellis Medicine is seeking an experienced Physician MD/DO to join Ellis Primary Care at our Glenville Office in Schenectady County, New York. Practice Highlights Ellis Primary Care at Glenville provides comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including: Preventive care and wellness visits Pediatric and adolescent medicine Adult and geriatric care Annual physical examinations Management of acute illnesses and injuries Chronic disease management Immunizations and preventive screenings Health promotion and lifestyle counseling Position Highlights Full-time outpatient position Established patient panel with strong community demand No inpatient responsibilities Collaborative team-based care model Supportive physician and administrative leadership Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships Access to Ellis Medicine specialty and hospital services Rotating On-Call responsibilities Qualifications Board Certified, NYS Licensure and DEA required Previous experience in a Primary Care practice is highly desirable. Strong commitment to patient-centered primary care and preventive medicine. Compensation & Benefits Ellis Medicine offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including: Base salary: $250K-$260K The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above. Bonus structure of up to $75K $25K Retention bonus - Year 2 Resident compensation available - up to 50 k per year for early sign on Excellent benefits, including health/vision/dental insurance that starts on DAY ONE!
