Job Description
Boston Children?s Health Physicians, LLP (BCHP) Endocrinology MD Opportunity Boston Children's Health Physicians (BCHP) is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our growing pediatric subspecialty practice. Our ideal candidate brings a strong interest in advancing pediatric endocrine clinical care for children with complex endocrine disorders. Prior research experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for a physician who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a commitment to improving outcomes for pediatric patients. Our Pediatric Endocrinology program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association as a Center for Diabetes Education and by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Specialty Practice (Medical Home Neighbor). We are committed to delivering exceptional care through a collaborative, family-centered approach. The salary of this position will be approx. $175,000 - $180,000 per year, as well as a productivity bonus. For this opportuity, we are open to Full-Time or Part-Time candidates, part-time salary will be prorated. The candidate selectedf will join a well-established, collegial, and collaborative multidisciplinary team, including: 4 Pediatric Endocrinologists 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (CDCES) Embedded care coordination Position Highlights and Responsibilities Manage and diagnose a full spectrum of endocrine disorders, including but not limited to diabetes (Type 1 & 2), growth disorders, thyroid disease, puberty disorders, adrenal conditions, metabolic bone disease, and disorders of sex development. Multidisciplinary, Team-Based Practice abd abd collaborating closely with diabetes educators, nutritionists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and pediatric subspecialists to deliver coordinated, family-centered care. Balanced Clinical Experience- Mix of outpatient continuity clinics with inpatient consults, providing clinical variety and professional engagement.
