Pediatric Endocrinologist, Boston Children's Health Physicians, LLP (BCHP) Description The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at BCHP is seeking 2 Full-Time board-certified or board eligible Pediatric Endocrinologists to join our expanding team at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (non-tenure track). This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a collaborative team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Diabetes educators, Dieticians and Administrative Staff who support direct and indirect inpatient and outpatient care. Position/Program Highlights Our division is deeply committed to providing comprehensive, and compassionate care for children and families affected by endocrine disorders. We have a robust Pediatric Diabetes program, serving over 900 children and young adults with diabetes and options to expand our outreach care. We admit and educate most of the children and young adults diagnosed with diabetes mellitus in Hudson Valley at Maria Fareri Children?s Hospital. This position offers an academic appointment through New York Medical College and would have opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and pediatric residents, fostering the development of future leaders in endocrinology. Our Endocrine division supports clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance knowledge and improve patient care. Qualifications The successful candidate will be involved in both inpatient and outpatient clinical care, as well as teaching responsibilities. Candidates must be a licensed M.D/D.O in the State of New York and board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric endocrinology. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong clinical skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to do multidisciplinary team-based care. Compensation and Benefits Salary range is $170,000-$200,000, plus productivity incentive The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits (health, life and disability insurance, 401K, CME, medical malpractice including tail coverage and loan forgiveness). Full compensation would depend on the candidate?s experience, training, leadership skills and interest in developing team based care.
