At our Mineola clinic, earn $230,000 to $250,000 base plus up to $5,000 sign-on and up to $45,000 in quarterly performance bonuse s, with AI copilots handling your documentation. What You'll Get Base Salary:
$230,000 to $250,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $5,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonus:
Up to $45,000 annual incentive potential, paid quarterly

Professional Development:
$1,000 annual CME allowance and internal leadership training How You'll Make an Impact Care for all ages: Provide outpatient primary and urgent care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including well-child visits, immunizations, and preventive care Diagnose and treat: Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan Drive the workup: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics Own the plan: Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care Chart smarter: Document visits in the EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State Completed residency in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Comfortable and experienced treating pediatric patients, including infants and young children Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams) MAT certificate required DEA registration preferred
