Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice & Palliative Care Medical Director to join our growing hospice and palliative care team. Our mission is centered on one priority: providing patients and families with the comfort, dignity, and support they deserve. We believe exceptional end-of-life care is about more than medical interventions it is about listening, understanding each patient's goals, managing symptoms effectively, and helping individuals and families navigate serious illness with confidence and compassion. The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership, physician guidance, and medical oversight for our hospice and palliative care programs while partnering with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient-centered care. The Hospice & Palliative Care Medical Director is responsible for medical and administrative oversight of the clinical components of hospice and palliative services. This physician leader will provide consultation, education, and support to hospice and palliative care teams; collaborate with attending physicians and specialists; support quality initiatives; and help expand access to compassionate care throughout the community. The ideal candidate is a physician who is passionate about serious illness care, symptom management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and improving the patient experience.
