This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional who understands both the guest experience and the business side of restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house execution Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and hourly employees Maintain consistently high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality Drive sales and profitability through effective operational and financial management Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses Monitor restaurant P&L performance and implement strategies to improve results Recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain top hospitality talent Establish clear expectations and hold the management team accountable for performance Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards Handle guest concerns professionally while maintaining a strong focus on hospitality Work closely with the culinary and management teams to ensure smooth service and consistent execution Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions Analyze sales and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented restaurant culture Support special events, high-volume periods, and other business initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience Proven experience leading a high-volume full-service restaurant Strong understanding of P&L management, labor, food cost, and inventory controls Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain a strong team Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
